Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Reporting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for dashboards.
• Experience in Healthcare or Insurance data environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst with strong reporting and data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions. The role requires expertise in SQL, reporting tools, data visualization, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Reporting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and deriving business insights.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and understand business processes.
• Experience working in Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Retail, or Enterprise Data environments is preferred.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL with strong knowledge of joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Strong experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Data modeling and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to Python, Snowflake, or cloud platforms is an advantage.

Analytical & Business Skills

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities from data.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of KPI development and performance measurement.
