Job summary

Vedantu is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support decision-making across the business through accurate, reliable data and sharp analysis. You will build dashboards, mine data for patterns, and generate insights that teams can act on.

You will communicate data-driven recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders and partner with business teams to translate requirements into analytical frameworks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a business/data analyst role.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Experience building dashboards; exposure to BI tools is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking to interpret what the data means.
• Clear communication of data-driven recommendations.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a business/data analyst role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., in Sheets/Excel; exposure to BI tools like Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio is a plus)
• Strong critical thinking — able to go beyond surface-level numbers to identify the "so what"
• Smart, clear communication skills; comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy
