Rollick Ice Cream is seeking a Senior Executive Data Analytics for its Head Office in Kolkata (Salt Lake, Sector V). The role focuses on building MIS reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for logistics and planning.

You will automate reporting, ensure data accuracy, and work with Advanced Excel and Power BI. Candidates should have 3-6 years in data analytics, MIS, or reporting, with FMCG/manufacturing exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM/B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Analytics, or Reporting.
• Strong Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; FMCG/manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business and logistics data to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Automate regular reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business and logistics data to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain Advanced Excel reports using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Automate regular reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Qualification & Experience
