Role & Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for sales, inventory, supply chain, and finance functions
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making
• Design and manage dashboards (Excel / Power BI / ERP systems) for real-time reporting
• Track and monitor KPIs such as sales performance, stock movement, and distribution efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to understand reporting needs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and forecasting drive automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Min 9 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis
• Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)
• Proficient in Power BI / Tableau for dashboarding and visualization
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales, distribution, and inventory data
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data validation skills
• Ability to analyze trends and convert data into actionable insights
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling tight deadlines
