Weekday AI's client in Bengaluru seeks an experienced data analytics professional to maximize the value of a broad data ecosystem by evaluating product-market fit and uncovering new distribution opportunities.

You will analyze user behavior on the platform to strengthen value-added services, collaborate with Business and Product teams, map workflows from login to data export, and prepare clear reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or CS.
• 5-6 years of data analytics experience in Fintech/B2B SaaS.
• Experience with data analytics and product analytics in large datasets.

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients
Salary range: Rs 2400000 - Rs 3600000 (ie INR 24 - 36 LPA)

In this role, you will help us maximize the value of our extensive data ecosystem, by evaluating Product-Market fit, and finding new ways to distribute our data assets. You will analyse user behavior on the platform to strengthen our Value Added Services (VAS) and help unlock the full commercial potential of our data.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Analyse our existing data assets to uncover high-value use cases, test Product-Market Fit and identify new market needs
• Collaborate closely with the Business and Product team to explore and recommend new ways to deliver our data
• Interpret user behaviour to understand how they query corporate entities, directors’ details, or financial information on the platform
• Map critical workflows from initial login to final data export
• Track engagement trends across different client segments (banks, NBFCs, corporates) to identify usage variations
• Flag anomalies in usage patterns that may indicate data quality issues or churn risk
• Prepare clear, well-structured reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• Strong analytical and numerical ability for drawing insights from complex data
• Proficiency in working with large datasets, data structuring, and user behavioral segmentation
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a data-driven problem-solving mindset

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in Fintech, B2B SaaS, Data-tech platforms
