Qualifications

• 7+ years of full SDLC experience in design, development, deployment and support.
• Experience with enterprise applications and secure coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Omnichannel Customer Service experience preferred.
• Hands-on with Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Automate, Pages).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications on D365 Power Platform
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical leads
• Enhance existing applications using best practices and secure coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues
• Create technical specifications, estimates, and documentation
• Implement new technologies to improve performance, security, and scalability
• Ensure alignment with long-term enterprise architecture goals

Mandatory Skills

• Dynamics 365 CE – Customer Service (Omnichannel experience required)
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
• PCF Control development using Power Apps Framework
• Azure services with focus on API authentication and integrations
• Strong SDLC experience in enterprise applications
