Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Support Consultant for a remote role. The position requires 6+ years of experience and offers permanent employment with rotational night shifts.

You will support, troubleshoot, develop, and maintain enterprise ERP solutions using D365 F&O and AX 2012. Key tasks include X++, Visual Studio, SSRS, OData, DMF, and Workflows, with further exposure to SQL Server, Power Platform, integrations, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX 2012.
• Strong skills in X++, Visual Studio, SSRS, OData, DMF and Workflows.
• Good understanding of SQL Server, Power Platform, and integrations via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, development, and maintenance for D365 F&O ERP solutions.
• Assist with data management, configurations, and reporting tasks using X++, Visual Studio, and SSRS.
• Collaborate on integrations and API work, with RCA and ITIL-aligned processes.
