Job summary

A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner in Mumbai is seeking an implementation consultant for Dynamics 365. The role requires over 7 years of experience, including at least 3 end-to-end implementations in D365 Finance & Operations. You will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and configuring D365 modules, assisting users, and providing training. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, deep functional knowledge of D365, and team management experience, with a focus on supporting clients through project phases.

Job description

• 7+ Years Experience as an implementation consultant in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferably in a global/multi-country scenario.
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 F&O.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 – Finance & other modules.
• Analyse, plan, configure, test, and implement D365 F&O Modules.
• Assist the business users in defining the business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Work with AX / D365 F&O Technical team members and assist them with customization.
• Work with Project Team on AX / D365 F&O customizations testing, roll-out, and post-live support.
• Strong background in taking care of ticket-based support with predefined SLA.
• Educate and train the Key Users for F&O implementation.
• Handhold support to customers during UAT, Go Live and Hype care phase.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business processes and business practices.
• Knowledge of project implementation methodology.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation, configuration, and system design.
• Knowledge of Data upload using Excel templates.
• Team Management with experience in preparing learning plans for team members.
