Job summary

BriskWin IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solution Architect (Functional) with 12+ years of relevant experience. The role demands hands-on configuration, end-to-end design, and the ability to present architecture to executives.

Pre-sales support and multi-country, multi-currency finance scope are preferred. The candidate will lead multi-module implementations, focusing on Finance, Billing, Invoicing, O2C, and E-commerce finance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in D365 F&O Finance and Commerce modules.
• 3-4 greenfield implementations of F&O Finance, Commerce, and/or Project Operations.
• 5+ years of experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Hands-on experience configuring out-of-the-box Finance processes.
• Proven experience in multi-country, multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Solutioning and Architecture Design - architected end-to-end F&O Finance, Commerce, and Project Operations solutions.
• Configure out-of-the-box Finance processes with demonstrable hands-on experience.
• Understand current architecture and propose target solutions using different sets of tools and platforms.
• Present architecture designs to business stakeholders and executive teams with clarity and confidence.
• Assess new tools and platforms against business requirements and provide comparison reports with recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution blueprints, and configuration specs.
• Design and implement multi-country, multi-currency Finance, Billing, Invoicing, and Accounting flows.
• Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C), E-commerce finance, and Project Operations implementations.
• Configure and optimize revenue recognition, recurring billing, refunds, payment processing, bank reconciliation, product configuration, and tax configuration.
• Own Finance reconciliation design and execution across subledgers and GL.
• Provide thought leadership on native F&O capability vs customization vs integration.
• Mentor team members and perform design reviews and quality assurance.
• Support pre-sales activities: solution demos, proposals, and client workshops (preferred).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solution Architect (Functional) with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate has delivered 3-4 greenfield F&O Finance, Commerce, and Project Operations implementations, with deep expertise in multi-country, multi-currency Finance, Billing, Invoicing, Accounting, Finance Reconciliation, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and E-commerce finance process implementation.

Pre-sales experience is strongly preferred.

This is a functional architect role - hands-on configuration and solution design, not merely oversight. The candidate must be able to configure out-of-the-box Finance processes, understand existing architecture, propose solutions using a range of tools and platforms, and confidently present architecture designs to business stakeholders and executive teams.
