General Mills Inc. busca un Analista D&T II – Cadena de Suministro en Mumbai. Se encargará de coordinar con equipos de mantenimiento, OMP y SAP para resolver incidencias dentro de SLA y liderar desarrollos y pruebas de nuevas mejoras.

Qualifications

• Educación universitaria a tiempo completo reconocida.
• 5+ años de experiencia total y 3+ en planificación de la cadena de suministro.
• Conocimientos prácticos de SAP ECC y herramientas de planificación (APO/OMP).

Responsibilities

• Coordinar con equipos de Mantenimiento del Sistema, Centro de Excelencia, equipo OMP, data engineers y SAP Development para resolver incidencias de planificación dentro de SLA.
• Liderar desarrollo, pruebas y corte de mejoras y proyectos de planificación.
• Gestionar configuraciones complejas del sistema para satisfacer necesidades empresariales y rendimiento óptimo.
• Liderar despliegues de OMP PAK, definiendo pruebas, monitoreando progreso y asegurando entregas puntuales.
• Trabajar proactivamente para mejorar la estabilidad del entorno y soporte.
• Colaborar estrechamente con usuarios para entender necesidades y priorizar.
• Soporte rotacional fuera de horas y apoyo diario de Run y producción según la rotación.
