About the role

As a Cybersecurity Analyst II based in Chennai, India, you will support identity and access management services for Windows environments.

Your key responsibilities

• Administer user and service account lifecycle activities and Windows access governance.
• Support privileged access management using BeyondTrust and CyberArk.
• Administer StrongDM services, including onboarding and Windows-to-StrongDM migration activities.
• Support access governance, security controls, compliance, and audit activities.
• Troubleshoot access issues and review logs, security controls, and access requests.

What you bring

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access management, Windows administration, or a related field.
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST hours , supporting US business hours
• Hands-on Windows Active Directory administration skills and experience with privileged access concepts and shared resources.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including the ability to review and interpret logs, security controls, and access requests.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform and knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory/LDAP, Group Policy, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with CyberArk, StrongDM, Windows security hardening, or scripting using PowerShell, SQL, C++, or Python.
• Audit, compliance, or SOX-related experience or relevant security certifications such as Security+, CISA, or CISSP.
