Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India invites an experienced CyberArk Implementation Manager to lead identity and access management initiatives for diverse clients. You will design and implement CyberArk solutions, mentor teams, and oversee projects from planning to delivery, aligning security with business goals.

You will collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams, integrate Azure AD and cloud IAM platforms, and coach junior staff while maintaining high standards of governance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and client-facing engagements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

As a CyberArk Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive data and managing user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. You will focus on designing and implementing strategies to protect information and confirm secure access to systems for employees and clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with clients directly, providing proactive solutions to cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. Your work will involve analyzing and identifying the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, confirming successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects.

• Leading the implementation of CyberArk solutions to enhance identity and access management systems

• Overseeing the integration of Azure Active Directory and other cloud identity management platforms
• Developing and maintaining secure access control models and authorization management systems
• Collaborating with client teams to identify vulnerabilities and provide proactive cybersecurity solutions
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills in cybersecurity and identity management
• Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved security measures
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with IT governance and risk management policies

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in CyberArk Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Utilizing Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM)
