Overview
The PAM Automation Engineer is responsible for building and improving automation tools to optimize operations related to managing PAM solutions (mainly based on CyberArk PAM). This role maintains Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to ensure privileged accounts, credentials, and access pathways across the enterprise are secure, monitored, and compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The CyberArk Engineer partners closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to safeguard critical systems against unauthorized access.

- Build tools to improve/automate health and performance monitoring of CyberArk infrastructure and apply patches/upgrades.

- Create and maintain documentation (runbooks, procedures).
- Support incident response teams in privilege related investigations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, or infrastructure security.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management suite (+ Credential providers).
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity & Access Management concepts
- Active Directory & LDAP
- Secrets management
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Experience with REST APIs and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Ansible
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) tools.
