Job summary

Mployee.me in Mumbai seeks a Sr Manager IT with 8–10 years of cybersecurity experience across IT/OT in manufacturing or multi-site environments, to lead security operations and governance.

You will drive incident response, vulnerability management, and ISO 27001 governance, coordinate with external partners, and shape security architecture across on-premises and cloud, ensuring regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial/MNC environments.
• Strong hands-on exposure to IT and OT cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and compliance.
• Experience in governance, transformation roadmaps and ISO 27001 governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity operations, governance and transformation roadmap across enterprise and manufacturing environments.
• Govern SOC / MSSP operations, review critical alerts and drive incident response and cyber crisis management.
• Lead vulnerability management, VAPT, red teaming and secure configuration reviews across infra, endpoints, apps and cloud.
• Define OT security standards, plant cybersecurity maturity and IT-OT segmentation.
• Review projects from a security architecture perspective including network security, IAM, AD/Entra, endpoints and cloud controls.
• Coordinate with external security partners and drive risk remediation and posture improvements.

Job Title - Sr Manager IT

Experience required - 8 to10 years of experience of cybersecurity experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, food processing, pharma, engineering or multi-site environments.

Strong hands-on exposure across IT and OT cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, security architecture and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead cybersecurity operations, governance, transformation roadmap and team priorities across enterprise and manufacturing environments.

• Govern SOC / MSSP operations, review critical alerts, drive incident response, ransomware readiness, cyber crisis management and security KPI reporting.
• Lead vulnerability management, VAPT, Red Teaming, secure configuration reviews and remediation tracking across infrastructure, endpoints, applications, APIs and cloud.
• Define and implement OT security standards, plant cybersecurity maturity assessments, IT-OT segmentation, secure remote access and industrial systems protection.
• Review business projects, applications and infrastructure changes from a security architecture perspective, including network security, IAM, AD / Entra, endpoint, firewall and cloud controls.
• Own DPDPA, privacy, ITGC, audit, risk assessment, policy, standards and ISO 27001 governance activities, including readiness, documentation, control implementation and certification coordination.
• Manage external cybersecurity partners, assessment providers and remediation owners to ensure timely closure of risks and measurable improvement in security posture.
