Job summary

PwC seeks a highly skilled OT Cybersecurity Specialist with a strong background in operational technology. Lead the development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure, OT cybersecurity tools, risk assessments, and governance in manufacturing or energy sectors.

The ideal candidate has 5–12 years in OT, proven IT-OT systems integration, ISA/IEC 62443 expertise, and leadership experience to manage consultants and senior consultants. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

This role involves leading the development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure solutions, implementing OT cybersecurity tools and solutions, conducting risk assessments, providing support management, and enhancing cybersecurity within OT environments. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 12 years of experience in the OT domain, with a proven track recor d in managing IT-OT systems integration, expertis e in OT cybersecurity, and work experience in the manufacturing or energy sector

Responsibilities

• Oversee OT and IIOT security projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with OT cyber tools such as IDS, EDR, SIEM, etc.
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards.
• Possess work experience in ICs (Industrial Control Systems) like PLC, SCADA, and MES systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB, Emerson, GE, etc.).
• Experience with asset management tools and OTSM, with a preference for ServiceNow.
• Have experience in building secure OT networks and supporting the development of IT-OT integration architecture with an understanding of the cybersecurity aspects of integration.
• Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants.
• Collaborate with senior management to align security strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
