Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead and coordinate SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering teams from Hyderabad. The role focuses on incident detection, response, and SIEM operations, ensuring HIPAA and HITRUST compliance with strong governance and policies.

The ideal candidate brings 10–12 years in cyber security, 3–5 years of people management, and hands-on GRC experience, in a hybrid work setup with shift alignment from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of Cyber Security experience.
• 3–5 years of people management handling teams of 5-10.
• Strong experience in SOC Operations (Incident Detection, Incident Response, SIEM).
• Hands-on experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• HIPAA and HITRUST experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Security Engineering concepts, security tools, automation, and security controls.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.
