Ensemble Health Partners India is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to provide leadership across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering. The role focuses on driving team performance, workforce planning, and program maturity in a fast-growing global environment.

Based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, you will lead diverse teams, optimize operations, and ensure regulatory compliance including HIPAA/HITRUST, while shaping security strategy and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of cybersecurity experience across SOC, GRC and/or security engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in people management within a matrix/global environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOC, incident response, SIEM, HIPAA/HITRUST, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.
• Drive execution, SLA adherence, governance, and delivery excellence.
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and team development.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across Security Operations (SOC), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Engineering functions. This role will drive team performance, execution excellence, workforce planning, and cybersecurity program maturity while supporting a fast-growing global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.
• Drive execution, SLA adherence, operational governance, and delivery excellence.
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and team development initiatives.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability building.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align operations with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and audit readiness.
• Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, and program effectiveness.

Required Skills

10-12 years of cybersecurity experience across SOC, GRC, and/or Security Engineering

• 3+ years of people management experience in a matrix or global environment
• Strong understanding of:
  • Security Operations (SOC, Incident Response, SIEM)
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, Regulatory Compliance)
  • Security Engineering and Security Controls
  • Stakeholder Management and Delivery Governance
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent certifications
• Experience in Healthcare, GCC, or Managed Services environments
• Exposure to AI-driven security operations and automation
• Experience supporting HIPAA / HITRUST regulated environments
