Job summary

Kairos Technologies in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer L3 to lead security architecture, incident response, and risk management.

You will design SSE/SASE, manage XDR and SOC operations, mentor juniors, and ensure secure hybrid cloud deployments while documenting security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, CS, or related field; professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM preferred.
• Proven cybersecurity experience with SSE, SASE, Identity Management, XDR and SOC operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking, encryption, and vulnerabilities; cloud security in hybrid environments.
• Incident handling, malware analysis, and forensic approaches; English fluency for communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage security architectures focusing on SSE, SASE, and Identity Management solutions.
• Operate and maintain security tools and platforms, including XDR systems and SOC environments.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Provide training and support to team members and other departments on security best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures with existing infrastructure.
• Lead cybersecurity projects and guide junior team members in complex security setups and troubleshooting.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports regarding the companys security status.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity roles with expertise in SSE, SASE, Identity Management, XDR, and SOC operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, encryption technologies, and security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with cloud security architectures and hybrid environments.
• Proficient in incident handling, malware analysis, and forensic approaches.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English for both verbal and written communication.
