Role summary
We are seeking talented Cybersecurity Engineers / Leads to strengthen our security posture and ensure enterprise systems, applications, and data are protected against evolving threats. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network, application, and cloud security, along with hands-on experience in threat detection, incident response, and security compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- • Design, implement, and monitor enterprise security solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis
- • Manage and optimize firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection tools
- • Investigate and respond to security incidents, threats, and breaches
- • Implement and maintain identity & access management (IAM) policies
- • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and other regulatory standards
- • Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines
- • Define cybersecurity strategies and frameworks
- • Guide and mentor team members in security best practices
- • Engage with stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- • Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, application security, and cloud security
- • Hands-on with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK, etc.)
- • Expertise in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native security tools
- • Familiarity with DevSecOps, container security (Docker, Kubernetes), and API security
- • Good knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA)
Experience
Engineer: 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations and solutions
Lead: 7–12 years of experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership/security
