Job summary

SHI Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. invites a Vulnerability Management Lead to join our Cyber Security team in Hyderabad.

You will lead enterprise-wide vulnerability management across IT environments and collaborate with global customers to drive remediation and governance. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of cybersecurity experience, hands-on with Tenable, Rapid7 InsightVM, and Tanium, and can mentor engineers while interfacing with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership or programme management experience.
• Hands-on expertise with vulnerability scanners and remediation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management across servers, endpoints, cloud, networks, applications, and IAM environments.
• Manage vulnerability assessments using Tenable and Rapid7 InsightVM.
• Prioritise risks based on CVSS, exploitability, business impact, and asset criticality.
• Drive remediation governance, SLA tracking, risk acceptance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, IAM, and Application teams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and customer-facing presentations.
• Mentor Vulnerability Management Engineers and lead stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
