Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Cyber Defense IDAM SME in Chennai to handle escalated alerts, investigate incidents and perform vulnerability scans. You will assess Identity & Privilege Management posture, review tools, and report metrics across the organization.

The role involves coordinating PAM operations, migrating PAM across cloud and on-prem, and supporting regulatory audits with strong security posture improvements. Remote-friendly options may apply in large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with knowledge and experience in various IDAM & PAM tools and technologies (Sailpoint, Beyondtrust, Delinea, CyberArk)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and tools used for IDAM & PAM on cloud.
• Familiar with PAM migration across tools (On-Premises to Cloud).
• Experience in configuring and optimising IDAM & PAM tools to improve the overall security posture.
• Setting up/integrating day to day operations for supporting PAM operations across multiple entities.
• Understanding of security protocols, security operations and PAM processes.
• Cyber security Industry relevant certifications, PAM tools/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take stock of current tools being used by various entities for IDAM & PAM. Check their efficacy & assess metrics which they can generate.
• Take inputs and report all metrics as relevant in Wipro landscape periodically.
• Take stock of the planned integration of entities and develop a high-level plan on integration based on license validity, & regulations governing the entities.
• Drive the integration wherever feasible until the entity metrics are seamlessly merged into Wipro.
• Continue to monitor the status and report metrics for entities which remain independent.
• Support in regulatory/compliance audits carried out by internal & external agencies, identify gaps and initiate measures to mitigate them.
