Job summary

Consilium Software Inc. is seeking a CX Sales Engineer to design complex contact center solutions across diverse platforms and partner with clients to translate CX needs into strategic implementations.

You will deliver pre-sales support, including demonstrations, RFPs, and presentations, while collaborating with our engineering team to ensure seamless integrations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the contact center industry, preferably in pre-sales or solution design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Team player who collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Having 3-5 years of experience in the contact center industry,preferably in pre-sales or solution design with strong network of contacts within the contact center industry
• A clear communicator:You can present complex information clearly and concisely in a way that makes people say "Aha!"
• A team player:You're all about designing and implementing complex contact center solutions and celebrating wins together.
• Always learning:Understanding of omnichannel contact center solutions and platforms.
