Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions in Kolkata. The role involves hands-on development, configuration, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, solid administration skills, and familiarity with Public Sector Solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Service Cloud expertise.
• Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
• Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
• Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical support during deployment and post‑go‑live

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on development and configuration experience, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and business processes. Experience in Public Sector Solutions will be a significant advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
• Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
• Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical support during deployment and post‑go‑live

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
• Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script
• Strong analytical and communication skills
