Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Visakhapatnam invites applications for the role of Customer Support Associate to be hired for a 100% in-office voice process. Selected candidates will resolve customer queries through voice calls and must be ready for 24/7 shifts, with a 9-hour day (8 hours work + 1 hour break).

Walk-in interviews are scheduled at Tech Mahindra Campus, Visakhapatnam. Bring educational marks sheets and valid IDs.

Qualifications

• Min 10+2 or 3 years diploma.
• Fresher & experienced both can apply.
• Good verbal communication skill in Hindi and English.
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts.
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining.
• 9 hours of the day, 8hrs. work and 1 hour break.
• Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy.
