Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled aerospace technologist to act as the primary interface between Airbus and airline customers for In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and connectivity systems. You will provide timely resolution of in-service technical issues and coordinate with Airbus teams to resolve complex challenges.

The role requires deep knowledge of Airbus documentation and in-service processes, plus hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Airbus technical documentation, including AMM, TSM, MPD.
• Familiarity with Airbus in-service engineering and airworthiness processes.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support activities.
• Experience in base maintenance or aircraft modification programs is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of IFE systems such as Panasonic Avionics and Thales InFlyt Experience.
• Knowledge of connectivity technologies, including SATCOM GX Systems and GSM Connectivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Analyze and respond to customer technical queries using Airbus maintenance and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with Airbus design offices, suppliers, and program teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support Entry-Into-Service (EIS) activities, including on-site support and training for airline personnel.
