Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced aerospace embedded software leader in Bengaluru, India. You will lead architecture for real-time embedded systems, drive implementation in C/C++, Embedded Linux, and RTOS, and collaborate with global aerospace customers.

This role emphasizes adopting engineering best practices, software quality metrics, and supporting integration and performance optimization while exploring tech evaluations.

Qualifications

Your Role

• In this role, you will13–18 years of experience in aerospace embedded software development.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering DO-178C-compliant software programs
• .Experience working with global aerospace customers and distributed engineering teams.
