Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide end-user support and administration for Yardi software within our Software and Technology Solutions Customer Experience team. The role is remote (India) with a requirement to cover US Eastern business hours during training and after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution REQUIRED.
• Finance or Accounting background with 5+ years of relevant/professional experience REQUIRED.
• Real Estate Software and/or Real Estate Industry experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• User Administration: Configure, update, and terminate users.
• End User/System Support: Provide support for end user inquiries or issues in our software applications.
• Escalation: Route tickets to engineering, management, or software vendor.
• Detailed review and description of end user issues when escalating.
• Support the implementation of new modules and periodic system upgrades.
• Data Configuration: Configure new or remove assignments in Yardi.
• Test new modules and periodic system upgrades.
• Understand data integration flow between Yardi and other JLL applications to resolve issues.
• Support Business Reporting Requirements.
• Create and configure custom account trees/charts of accounts.
• Provide support for annual SOC I and/or II audits.
• Create and configure custom reports.
• Troubleshoot end user report issues.
• Coordinate with other teams when applicable.
• Support JLL Application software Yardi Voyager 7s, Yardi Retail Manager, Yardi Commercial Café, Yardi Deal Manager, Yardi Forecast Manager/ABFM, Yardi Multi Family, Yardi CRM, Yardi Site Manager; other applications as onboarded.

What this job involves

Education and experience

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution REQUIRED
• Finance or Accounting degree is a plus (5+) years of relevant/professional experience REQUIRED
• Real Estate Software and/or Real Estate Industry experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred

Remote position Individual must be self-starter, organized and able to work with minimal supervision. During Training and for first 60 days, required to work 8 US Eastern Business hours Once training is completed, it is required to work at a minimum 5 US Eastern Business hours (with remaining hours in the candidate’s local time zone)
