Job summary

Tradejini Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based stockbroking and fintech firm established in 2012, is hiring for a Customer Support Executive to assist clients with trading platforms and account-related queries.

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru (Work From Office). Candidates with 1+ year in customer support or freshers with exceptional communication are welcome; Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• 1+ year experience in customer support in any industry.
• Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts is an advantage.
• Malayalam language is must
