Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, builders, contractors, and developers
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
• Receive and handle inbound calls related to construction services and projects
• Explain company services such as residential, commercial, or industrial construction
• Generate leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with existing clients regarding quotations, payments, and project updates
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams for smooth communication
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (graduate preferred)
• Prior experience as a tele caller or customer service executive (construction or real estate experience is a plus)
• 3–10 years of experience in Customer Support Executive
• Good communication skills in [Tamil + English and Hindi add on]
