Cadcamsys in Pune seeks an experienced Customer Success/Account Manager to own a book of 30–50 mid-market fabrication customers, driving adoption, expansion, and renewals. You’ll be a trusted advisor who helps shops actually use what they bought.

Responsibilities include onboarding within 60 days, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating with sales, support, and engineering. Requires 7+ years in B2B CS/AM, strong communication, and comfort with manufacturing terminology.

• Basic understanding of customer onboarding and success methodologies.
• Experience handling customer renewals, upselling, or cross-selling opportunities.
• Ability to analyze customer data and generate performance reports.
