Job summary

A growing tech company is seeking a Customer Success Intern for a remote internship. You will help onboard customers, resolve issues, and analyze data to enhance service. The ideal intern is currently pursuing a relevant degree, has excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and is committed to a 3-month full-time internship. This role offers the opportunity to gain industry exposure, mentorship, and flexible working hours, with the potential for an apprenticeship and stipend after completing the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience with projects related to Customer Success is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help new customers onboard and use the IAC platform effectively.
• Resolve customer issues through the IAC platform and Freshdesk.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends for service improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work with the FAQ team to improve customer experience.

Job description

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team at Cloud Counselage. In this role, you'll help onboard new customers, resolve issues, and build strong relationships. You'll also gather feedback, analyze customer data, and work with different teams to improve the customer experience. Your efforts will help enhance our services, drive customer satisfaction, and support long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Support: Help new customers get started with the IAC platform and ensure effective use and develop strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues quickly through the IAC platform and Freshdesk, collaborating with support teams.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work with Marketing, andSupport teams to meet customer needs and share feedback. Collect feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success metrics.
• FAQ Management: Work with the FAQ team to create and update FAQs based on common customer questions and issues to improve their experience.

Mandatory Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Preferred Requirements

Prior experience with projects or coursework related to Customer Success
