A leading technology consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Community Success Intern to support their Industry Academia Community. The intern will interact with members, conduct community activities, and analyze member queries. Ideal candidates are graduating students in Data Science with strong analytical skills. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity for a paid internship after three months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months commitment for 20 hours per week working.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Success Intern to support our 'Industry Academia Community. The ideal candidate would work with Community Lead/Manager to manage the community stakeholders i.e. college faculty, student members, community ambassadors

Responsibilities

• Interacting and assisting members
• Design and conduct community success activities
• Prioritize and manage many open cases/tasks
• Critically review existing product and processes with the goal of constant improvement
• Analyse the member activities and queries
• Recommend improvements in processes and systems based on the analysis
• Improve member references by writing and maintaining documentation
• Assist in planning, coordinating community activities
• Help draft/create success stories

Requirements

• Data Analysis
• Minimum 3 months commitment for 20 hours per week working
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CRM & ticketing systems will be an advantage
• A graduating student in the field of Data Science
