Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer/employee queries across voice, chat, and email channels.
• Resolve routine and complex issues via available tools (Calls, SNOW, TEAMS).
• Provide consultative support to employees and improve employee experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and accuracy.
