Job summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer service experience in both Voice and Non-voice and blended process
2. This is an employee helpdesk process where the agents should work as a consultant and resolve to employee queries
3. Managing EE tickets with clear customer focus & working towards better employee experience
4. Managing both simple & complex queries of employees and resolving them by responding through different available channels (Calls, SNOW, TEAMS, etc) in the process
5. Commerce Graduate with splendid oral and written communication
