Tata Capital Finance Ltd invites applications for a Customer Service Executive - Car Finance for the Calicut area (Used Car Loans). The role involves assisting customers under supervision to identify potential business, collect and validate documents, log cases in the system, and process disbursement according to SOP.

The incumbent will aim to meet customer requirements, cross-sell products under guidance, and help empanel new vendors while ensuring compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.

Customer Service Executive - Car Finance - Used Car Loans - Calicut - Karuppali Arcade - CSE

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross-sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
