Job summary

Tata Capital in Kerala is seeking a junior-level candidate to assist in customer onboarding, documentation collection, and loan disbursement processes under supervision. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs and regulatory norms while supporting cross-selling of financial products.

The position involves coordinating with managers to empanel new vendors, build relationships, and ensure RBI compliance in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
