Job summary

Tata Capital in Gurugram District is looking for candidates to assist in customer identification and document validation. Responsibilities include logging cases, fulfilling sanction ratios, and ensuring compliance with audit regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business.
• Collect documents from customers and validate them.
• Log the case in the system following SOP.

• Empanel new vendors and develop relationships.
• Ensure compliance with audit/RBI regulations.

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with the help of Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect documents from customers and validate them as per organization norms.
• Log the case in the system following SOP and process for disbursement.
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organization requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross‑sell multiple products under guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
• With help of Manager/Supervisor, empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• Ensure compliance with all audit/RBI regulations with help of Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline.
