Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Operations (Apprentice) to support the Indian Helpdesk through email and IVR. You will acknowledge, log, and resolve queries within SLA guidelines, serving as the main contact for incident coordination.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, prevent escalations, and capture potential sales leads for the Sales team. Expect thorough documentation and regular reports on volumes and trends as part of your daily duties.
