Job summary

Samarpan is seeking a Client Care & Admissions Specialist to be the first point of contact for our outpatient services in Mumbai. The role focuses on guiding clients and families toward the care they need with empathy and professional conduct.

You will maintain records, support admissions conversions, and ensure smooth client experiences while upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Genuine empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to balance care and persuasive communication during conversations.
• At least 1 year of experience in client handling, admissions, counselling, healthcare, or inside sales.
• Psychology background is a plus, but not mandatory.

Role Title: Customer Relationship Management Specialist/ Care Co-ordinator (Psychologist) - Outpatient Center

Samarpan operates India’s only CARF‑accredited rehabilitation center in Mulshi, Pune, along with an Outpatient Mental Health center in Mumbai.
