Responsibilities

• Directly engage with customers, sales representatives, and service technicians to address order inquiries and post-sale support for both domestic and international shipments.
• Verify and acknowledge spare parts orders in the ERP system, ensuring part numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping details are accurate.
• Prepare and distribute order acknowledgments, revisions, and shipping documents including invoices and packing lists.
• Initiate and manage RMAs, processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims while keeping internal stakeholders informed.
• Update and maintain the order tracking database, recording status and providing visibility to teams.
• Coordinate with transportation carriers, customs brokers, and forwarders to ensure clearance and delivery of international shipments.
• Maintain records of returned inventory, schedule changes, pricing updates, and credit discrepancies related to returns.
• Assist in transfer and management of consigned inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and handoffs between arenaflex and its partners.
• Respond to inquiries, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.
