Job summary

Shopflo in Bengaluru is hiring an Onboarding Associate to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for every new merchant.

You will guide merchants from kickoff to go-live, set up the platform, resolve issues quickly, and build confidence using Shopflo across channels.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with familiarity with CRM platforms, Slack, WhatsApp and Google Meet. Freshers are welcome; 0–3 years in onboarding or related roles.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live to ensure a smooth merchant experience.
• Conduct onboarding calls, guide platform setup, and resolve queries via WhatsApp, Slack and Google Meet.
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely launches.
• Track onboarding progress and maintain CRM records, following up after go-live to drive merchant success.

The Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Associate to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for every new Shopflo merchant.

You will guide merchants from kickoff to go-live, helping them set up the platform, resolve issues quickly, and build confidence in using Shopflo. This is a customer-facing role that combines communication, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Own the onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live, ensuring merchants have a smooth and successful experience
• Conduct onboarding calls, guide merchants through platform setup, and resolve queries over WhatsApp, Slack, and Google Meet
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, unblock merchants, and ensure timely launches
• Track onboarding progress, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up proactively after go-live to drive merchant success

What We Are Looking For

• 0 to 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or another client-facing role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working across tools like CRM platforms, Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Meet
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding journeys simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with Shopify, ecommerce operations, or SaaS onboarding
• Familiarity with payment gateways, analytics, or ecommerce tools
