Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Customer Master Data Senior Analyst in Pune to lead the migration from MDT SAP to MiniMed S/4HANA and ensure data quality before go-live.

You will own post go-live data maintenance, credits, terms, and dunning, while collaborating with MDT data teams and ensuring 100% data accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years SAP MD data experience, expertise in data migration tools, and strong Excel and English communication.

• Customer master data experience (XD01/XD02 or BP).
• Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC, S/4HANA MDG).
• Data quality management and cleansing experience.
• Reconciliation and validation techniques.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define data migration scope, incl. OUS records, credit limits, terms, dunning, bank and contact data.
• Create data mapping document from MDT to S/4HANA fields.
• Coordinate extract/transform activities with MDT data team.
• Define data quality rules and cleansing requirements.
• Identify and resolve data gaps, duplicates and errors.
• Execute minimum two data migration test cycles.
• Reconcile MDT source data to S/4HANA target with 100% match.
• Plan cut-over and rehearsal; sign-off data readiness.
• Document transformation rules and exceptions.
• Own data creation and maintenance in S/4HANA post go-live.
• Load approved credit limits.
• Maintain payment terms and dunning by customer.
• Monitor data quality issues; manage duplicates.
• Validate bank details for refunds.
• Support audit data requests; maintain KPIs.
