You will lead shopper marketing, plan JBP with retailers, and shape activation calendars with ROI tracking. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• MBA with Marketing/Sales/Business Management from a reputed institute.
• 8+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care, Beauty, Nutrition, Foods, or related categories.
• Strong exposure to Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce.
• Experience leading customer marketing initiatives at regional or national levels.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in trade spend management, ROI tracking, and shopper insights.
• Proven experience working closely with Sales and Brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer marketing and shopper marketing strategies across MT, E‑commerce, and Q-commerce.
• Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key retail partners.
• Build annual activation calendars, promotional plans, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans based on shopper insights and category trends.
• Manage trade investments, marketing budgets, and ROI measurement.
• Drive digital shelf excellence, online visibility, conversion, and platform marketing.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Media teams to deliver business growth.
