Job summary

Tilfi is seeking a Customer Experience and Sales Advisor who will be the primary contact for customers. You will welcome customers, be kind, patient and informed, and convey confidence in our products and brand promise.

You will work in a warm, friendly environment and liaise with our team in Varanasi to process orders, resolve issues, and improve every customer's experience across email, phone, live chat and social media.
