Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll excel at managing customer inquiries, supporting business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and clear communication. A strong focus on achieving challenging goals with dedication and effort is essential.

Responsibilities

• The primary task of a documentation executive is to handle queries/tasks received from customers/stakeholders and/or assigned to them by their supervisors.
• Willingness to learn new things and adapt continuously.
• Accept direction/responsibility and maintain performance levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned by the supervisor.
• Open to additional responsibilities, including training colleagues.
• Consult others on problems and activities; collect information from a range of sources to assist and guide job activities; ask effective questions to obtain information to help achieve job objectives.
• Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses actions and consequences, both good and bad.
• Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives; demonstrates a highly focused, goal‑driven approach toward work, willing to invest considerable time and effort to accomplish objectives.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in documentation.
• MUST be willing to work in all shifts, including night.
• Experience of transition handling is preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate an attitude for learning/innovation and apply it to solve problems in the system.
• Able to work under pressure, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and good responsibility.
• Be able to work in a multicultural working environment.
• Travel overseas may be required on occasion as business need.
