Job summary

You will own IndiaAIs most complex platforms (Global FinTech Fest, flagship NPCI properties, CXO programs) and drive measurable outcomes with strict regulatory alignment and VIP protocol excellence at scale.

Role Summary

Lead and scale a strategic events and experiences portfolio that builds NPCIs customer value proposition, accelerates ecosystem adoption, and deepens partnerships across banks, fintechs, regulators, Big Tech, and industry bodies.

This role owns Indias most complex, high-impact industry platforms (e.g., Global FinTech Fest), flagship NPCI properties, CXO programs, and partner-led activations, driving measurable customer, partner, and industry outcomes, while ensuring regulatory alignment, VVIP protocol excellence, and zero-defect execution at scale.

Scope & Scale

• Large-format events (~100k+ attendees) with VVIP participation and strict protocol management.
• Multi-city execution; extended work hours during build-up/live days.
• High-complex stakeholder ecosystem: internal leadership, product, PR/Comms, legal/policy, government bodies, regulators, industry associations, venue authorities, OEMs, agencies, and vendors.
• Full ownership of the events portfolio, including procurement, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
