Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to oversee collections and asset recovery for our retail loan portfolios.

You will lead collections strategy, coordinate repossession activities, and work with external agencies to maximize recoveries. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal/regulatory norms, training the team, and coordinating field activities to support recovery efforts across Mumbai area and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections management and asset recovery processes.
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a collections environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance in lending and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain collection efficiency across assigned portfolios.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of delinquent accounts.
