• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and its impact on IT operations management.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
