You will manage complex corporate action and proxy voting activities for the India market, partner with global teams, and improve how we operate through process discipline and digital tools. As an Asset Servicing Associate in Custody Operations, you will support India market asset servicing across announcement capture, liquidation, client instruction processing for voluntary events, and proxy voting. You will ensure timely and accurate processing, maintain strong risk controls, and act as a key contact for stakeholders. You will also contribute to process and digital improvements that strengthen efficiency, controls, and service delivery. A solid understanding of India market practices and regulatory requirements for custody and corporate actions is required.

Job responsibilities
