Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced O2C associate to process orders and billing, respond to customer queries, and maintain strong customer relations.

You will coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely handling of requests, manage disputes with the Dispute Team, and drive process improvements while upholding Honeywell policies.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.
• SAP- Order Management.
• Salesforce, SAP, Excel, Case Management.
